In the Gran Canaria Stadium we found spaces dedicated to high performance sport that including: the football pitch, the athletics track, covered athletics tracks (under the rows of seats in the West side), the specific spaces for athletics training, the outer natural turf field, a body-building room, a room for combat sports, o room of gymnastics and a hockey field.

In addition, there are two changing room, particularly for soccer players, with warm-up zone, massages, showers and jacuzzis, changing room, toilets, room for trainers and equipment depot. These changing rooms are located in the first plant of the main building, to which the sportsmen get access directly by bus, and includes changing room for referees and an antidoping control room. In the upper level, we found three more chaning rooms for high performance sportsmen and other annexed servicies for use of all.
